So you want to come see a show at The Capitol?

1. Choose a representative from your school to handle reservations.
2. Pick the show(s) you want to attend.
3. Count the number of students and teachers who will attend.
4. Please keep the number of adults to a minimum so that we can accommodate as many students as possible.
5. A school representative should call to make reservations (reservations will be taken by phone only).
6. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, and a waiting list will be used when shows are sold out.
7. Once you’ve made your reservation, all teachers may access study guides, and other information here on our website.
8. Teachers should share our theatre etiquette tips with their students.
9. Capitol Arts Alliance will send an invoice for all reservations to the school representative.
10. Any changes in number of reservations must be received three weeks prior to the performance. Refunds will not be given for unused seats due to student absences on the day of the show.
11. All invoices must be paid by check or credit card two weeks prior to performance or the reservation will be voided, and those on the waiting list will be contacted.
