Bus Directions
1. There will be as many as 800 students and teachers attending each performance so please plan to arrive at the Capitol Arts Theatre 30 minutes prior to the show. You must allow ample time to unload and be seated for the performance to start on time.
2. Performances will take place at the Capitol Arts Theatre, 416 E. Main Street, on the square in downtown Bowling Green.
3. Busses must unload in Spring Alley (access from College St.) behind the Capitol Arts Theatre. A bus attendant will meet you there. No buses will be permitted to unload in front of the building due to traffic restrictions and safety considerations.
4. Please follow the walkway beside the theatre to the front of The Capitol where an usher will show your group to your seats.
5. If you are on a tight schedule and your school needs to be dismissed first, your bus must be first in line when the show is over. Schools will be called in order of bus line-up and by school name and bus number. Please make sure that teachers and students know their bus number.
6. You will enter through the front doors of the theatre but we will have you exit at the side (balcony) or rear (main floor) of the theatre.
Not arriving in a bus?
1. Home schoolers and other small school groups, please meet your group on the sidewalk to the left of the theatre door (as you face the theatre). This will keep the path to the front doors clear for all. We will seat you when your group has all arrived. You will enter and exit through the front doors.
